Welcome to another Haven for me to preach the good word about COFFEE!!!!
I am new to Blog Spot and to Blogging. However. I am not new to coffee! I have been roasting my own green coffee for over a year now. I was a coffee shop manager for a few years after making a career switch I later found myself in unemployment due the closing of my department. That was a lot of time I used to think about "what next?" After another trip out to Seattle and meeting fellow coffee roaster from El Salvador I knew what I had to do.

I only roast high grade, fairly traded, and organically grown Arabica Coffee. I can roast to your taste. Bold Medium or Light. I source my beans from all over the world. Coffee availabilty changes through out the year. I mostly like African coffees but I am known to roast a very nice Guatemalan and a mean Sumatra. I hope you love coffee as much as I do.
